Planning a South India and Kerala Tour – Which Places Should I Include?

I am planning a South India and Kerala Tour and would like to explore a mix of cultural, natural, and relaxing destinations.

South India offers so much variety that it can be difficult to decide which places to include. Tamil Nadu is ideal for temple and heritage experiences, with destinations such as Chennai, Mahabalipuram, Thanjavur and Madurai.

For nature and relaxation, Kerala seems like the perfect addition. Munnar offers beautiful mountain scenery, Thekkady is known for wildlife, and Alleppey is ideal for experiencing the Kerala Backwaters.

Kochi can also be included for heritage and cultural sightseeing, while Kumarakom and Kovalam are good options for travelers looking for a slower holiday.

If you were planning a South India Tour Package, which destinations would you recommend? Would you prefer a temple-focused itinerary or a combination of temples, hills, wildlife and Kerala backwaters?
