Hey guys, I have been going through some difficult times lately as a result of which my mental health has deteriorated in spades. However, I think it's high time that I stop ignoring the signs and start prioritizing my happiness as well. I'm living with my parents but they are not aware of this situation of mine, and I do not wish to reveal it to them to prevent any possible distress. A close friend of mine suggested this virtual outpatient program IOP. It would be great if anyone could provide any guidance or experience regarding the same. Thank you.
