How to Solve the Problem That the Shielding Instrument Cannot Be Charged

Hello and Happy New Year,

I am having problem with jammer device not holding charge. I've tried using both the wall outlet and AC car charger to charge battery. The light turns red (charging) to no light (charged).

When I turn device on, light turns green and works for about 5-10 minutes then turns off.

Any suggestion on how to resolve problem? Device is less than 2 months old.

No red light or green light now. Yesterday the red/green light come on but not anymore. I also tried different wall adapter & car charger just to check and still nothing.

There seem to be some kind of defect or malfunction. Maybe the wires inside or battery or both?

I've attached additional photos for your reference. Perhaps it will help you understand that the device i purchased from you will not charge at all even with a competitor device charger that uses the same style adapter

There is a total of 4 pictures I'm attaching to this email for your reference

1 picture is of your product with charger fully inserted to device. This is as far as it it will go into device. Still no charging light on

2nd picture is competitor device with same style charger/adapter plugged in with red charging light on

3rd picture is your product with competitor charger (same style adapter) and still no red charging light when plugged in

4th picture is your device and competitor device showing the same adapter/charge connection on both with competitor charger

As I mentioned before, when I received device on November 19, 2024 it plugged in charged and worked beautifully with no problem!

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your device. Based on your description and the troubleshooting steps you've already taken, it does look like there may be an internal defect, either with the battery, charging port, or wiring. Since the device is less than 2 months old and was working fine initially, this could be a manufacturing or parts issue.

Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:

  • Contact our Customer Support

-Since the device is under warranty (usually 1 year for most electronics), contact the manufacturer or retailer's customer support team. Provide them with details of your issue, including photos and videos you took. They may be able to offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

-Be sure to mention that you've tried multiple chargers and outlets and the device no longer displays any charging indicators.

  • Check for reset options

-Some devices have a reset button or a specific reset process (e.g., hold the power button for 10-15 seconds). Check your user manual to see if this is an option for your device. If the problem is software-related, a reset may help.

  • Check the charging port

-Carefully inspect the charging port on your device for any visible damage, debris, or bent prongs. If there is debris, try cleaning it gently with a soft-bristle brush or compressed air. If the port is damaged, it will need to be professionally repaired.

  • Try a different power source

- While you have tried different chargers, make sure the power source you are using matches the voltage and current requirements of your device. Using an incompatible power source may cause problems.

Since you have fully documented the issue with photos and videos, this will help speed up the resolution process. I hope this issue is resolved quickly and you can enjoy your device again soon!

Let me know if you need further assistance.
