I have come across this often. You can contact a translation agency online. This comes in handy if the document itself is complex in terms of translation

The first time I encountered the same issue was when I needed a translation of Rostechnadzor Order No. 529 dated 15.12.2020 in English. I contacted the company on the recommendation of an acquaintance here at the link. The thing is, they were the only experts who were able to provide me with guarantees and fast translations. So I will contact them if necessary.
