Hello guys, I'm looking for some suggestions. I had an attractive structure and healthy body before this corona pandemic lockdown. But now I facing the major issue is belly fat. I need to get back by body structure. I decide to go to the gym. But the gym closed because of this corona effect. So, I'm planning on a juice diet. But I have some doubts regarding this. Is juice cleansing good for health? Can you give me some tips before going on a juice cleanse? A friend of mine said cold-pressed juices are better than a juice cleanse, and he suggests one juice lab in Toronto that provides cold-pressed juice. Do you have other suggestions? Please let me know your thoughts.
